Refund policy

Zyvorah (Owned by Plank And Weave India Pvt Ltd)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Custom-fit Murals

Should you face any problems with your mural, the initial step is to contact us within 7 days of receipt. We're available by email at zyvorah@plankandweave.com.

For quicker issue resolution, we may request photos of your mural. This helps us determine whether a courier collection of the mural is necessary, though often, photograph assessment suffices for issue identification.

It's crucial to recognise that our murals are bespoke, tailor-made for each wall, making them unique and without resale value. Consequently, we can't accept returns for murals due to change of plans, being unwanted, or post-installation, as reuse isn't feasible. Once a custom mural order is paid for, cancellation is not an option.

After photo review, our team will explain the problem's cause. If the issue stems from factors beyond our reasonable control or results from misuse by the customer or a related third party, Zyvorah cannot accept liability, and refunds will not be issued.

However, if the problem arises from something within our control, like a print defect or product fault, we accept full responsibility and aim to rectify the issue promptly.

In such cases, we typically issue a replacement mural expedited to you. At Zyvorah, we view challenges as learning opportunities, rarely encountering unsolvable issues by collaborating for a replacement.

On occasions where a refund is preferred for a faulty product, we'll arrange for the mural's return to our head office. Upon its receipt, a full refund to your original payment method will be processed within 45 days.

Customers opting to return products themselves must ensure timely and acceptable condition returns. We suggest using an insured and tracked service, as refunds cannot be issued for items lost in transit back to us.

Please exercise caution during mural installation or if employing installation help. Zyvorah strictly cannot cover third-party installation fees or assume responsibility for installation mistakes. Check for potential errors before third-party engagement, as cancellation fees for unfit products cannot be accepted.
