  6. Delivery & Installation Support — pan-India logistics; optional on-site installation coordination available in major metros.
  7. GST Tax Invoice — issued immediately on payment, with full HSN code, GSTIN details, and breakup as required for ITC.

Billing is in sq metres per Indian GST norms. Display pricing in sq ft for your convenience. GST @ 18% applicable and included in all invoices.

Minimum order: 50 sq ft per design. No maximum — we handle projects from a single feature wall to entire hotel floors.

Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Every commercial order receives a fully GST-compliant tax invoice with GSTIN, HSN code 4814, 18% GST breakup, and ITC-eligible format. Simply provide your GSTIN at the time of order.

What is the minimum order quantity?
50 sq ft per design. There is no upper limit. We regularly fulfil projects of 5,000–50,000 sq ft.

Can we order multiple designs in one invoice?
Yes. A single PO can include multiple designs, multiple rooms, or multiple delivery locations — all on one consolidated invoice.

Do you accept Purchase Orders (POs)?
Yes. We accept formal POs from registered companies, hotels, and institutions. Credit terms (net 30) may be available for repeat clients after the first order.

Can we see a sample before ordering?
Absolutely. We dispatch a physical A4 print sample of your chosen design before production begins. Sample charges are adjusted against the final order value.

What material do you print on?
We print on premium self-adhesive vinyl and non-woven fabric substrates. Both are suitable for commercial spaces — scrubbable, moisture-resistant, and long-lasting.

Can we supply our own design / brand artwork?
Yes. Through our "Print Your Design" service, we print any image, pattern, or brand artwork at exact wall dimensions. We accept files in JPG, PNG, TIFF, and PDF formats. Minimum resolution: 100 DPI at print size.

What is your production and delivery timeline?
Standard: 7–10 working days after sample approval and advance payment. Expedited options available for urgent projects — contact us to discuss.

Do you offer pan-India delivery?
Yes. We ship to all pin codes in India via reputed logistics partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on order weight and destination.

Is installation included?
Installation is available as an optional add-on in select cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai). Please mention your city in the enquiry form.

Can the wallpaper be removed or repositioned?
Our premium self-adhesive wallpaper is designed for semi-permanent installation. It can be removed cleanly from smooth surfaces without damage — ideal for leased commercial spaces.

Do you work with interior designers / architects on a trade basis?

What information do you need for a quote?
Room dimensions (W × H in ft), number of walls/rooms, design preferences, project location, and GSTIN. A site visit or drawing is helpful for large projects.
