Shipping & returns

Every order — standard or Express — ships free, anywhere in India. Express is a paid upgrade to how fast we print and dispatch your order, not to the courier — see below.

Because each mural is printed to your exact wall size, we begin production as soon as your order is confirmed. Standard orders typically dispatch within 5 working days; Express orders within 2 working days for ₹1,000 per wallpaper plus ₹500 per order. Express speeds up printing and dispatch only. Once your order leaves us, it travels with the same courier and the same transit time as every other order — the courier's own delivery time doesn't change. Both are then delivered a further 2–4 working days after dispatch, with tracking sent to your email. Dispatch may take a little longer around major festivals (e.g. Diwali) or long weekends. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

As each piece is custom-printed for your wall, made-to-measure murals can't be returned for a change of mind. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, or a print fault within 7 days, with clear photos at hello@zyvorah.com and we'll replace or reprint it.
