Refund & cancellation policy
Because every mural is made to order for your wall, please read this before purchasing. [Confirm exact windows/terms before launch.]
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production begins. Orders typically enter production within [24 hours] of confirmation, so please email hello@zyvorah.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once printing has started, an order can no longer be cancelled.
Made-to-order returns
As each piece is custom-printed to your exact dimensions and cannot be resold, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements. Please use the visualiser and order a sample to be sure before buying.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll reprint or refund it at no cost. Email hello@zyvorah.com within [7 days] of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within [5–7 working days] of approval.
